Q: Are your designs authentic?
A: Yes. Each symbol is carefully recreated by our professional designer based on historical Masonic reference material to ensure authenticity, accuracy, and respect for tradition.


🎨 Customization & Personal Orders

Q: Can I personalize my product?
A: Absolutely! Many of our products can be customized with your name, lodge number, or a unique design. Customization options are listed on each product page. You can also contact us if you'd like to discuss a custom design not listed.

Q: Do you accept fully custom artwork or symbols?
A: Yes! If you have a custom Masonic design or concept, email us at sales@masonicalliance.com. We'll review your request and let you know if it's compatible with our printing process.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: All products are made to order.

  • Production time: 2–3 business days

  • U.S. shipping time: 5–7 business days

  • International shipping: 10–20 business days

You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Q: Where do your products ship from?
A: All items are produced and shipped from our U.S.-based production partners. We use a network of professional fulfillment centers to ensure fast and high-quality delivery.


🔁 Returns, Refunds & Support

Q: Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
A: Since all items are made to order, we only accept returns in cases of:

  • Incorrect or damaged items

  • Print quality issues

  • Wrong product shipped

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

Q: What if I entered the wrong information or size?
A: Please double-check all information before submitting your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for customer errors.
