We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.


3. Personalization and Custom Orders

We offer customized product options, including but not limited to:

By submitting personalization details, you affirm that the content provided is accurate, non-infringing, and that you have full rights to use any materials submitted for custom orders.

Masonic Alliance is not responsible for errors in spelling, formatting, or content provided by the customer. We will not provide refunds or replacements for personalization mistakes unless the error was ours.

We reserve the right to refuse any custom order that includes content we deem offensive, inappropriate, or in violation of our brand standards.


4. Payment Terms

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or personalization errors submitted by the customer.

We will provide a replacement or full refund if:

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery along with photo evidence. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund and replacement requests.
