At Masonic Alliance, each product is made on demand, specifically for you. As part of our commitment to quality and sustainability, we do not carry stock or resell returned items. For this reason, all sales are final, with exceptions only for production-related issues.
We understand that problems can occur, and we want to ensure you have a positive experience with our store. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
✅ Eligible Refunds & Replacements
We gladly offer free replacements or full refunds in the following cases:

Incorrect item (wrong size, color, or design) was shipped

Poor quality printing (faded, misaligned, or missing parts of design)

Item was lost in transit (after a reasonable delivery window has passed and confirmed by tracking)

❌ Non-Refundable Cases
Because each item is made to order, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for the following:

Buyer’s remorse (you changed your mind)

Incorrect size ordered (please check sizing charts before ordering)

Spelling or personalization mistakes submitted by the customer

Minor print or placement variations typical of print-on-demand production

Orders delayed due to incorrect shipping address
Please make sure all information is correct before finalizing your order.
📦 Returns Not Accepted
We do not accept returns for any reason unless explicitly requested by our support team. Since each product is printed for a specific customer, there is no resale value for returned items.
If you send an item back without prior authorization, you will not receive a refund or exchange.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. If your order qualifies under the eligible conditions above, we will replace the original item with a new one at no cost.
📫 Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking number shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it:

First, verify the shipping address you provided was correct

Check with neighbors, building managers, or local delivery services

If the item is still missing, contact us and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier
If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a replacement at no cost.
